I recently had 2 teeth extracted at this clinic. Why did I choose this clinic? It was local, but as its new I had not heard anything about it. I was going to go into Wellington and use a central city dentist I had seen before, but out of curiosity I decided to take a look at this one. When I walked around it was clearly well equipped, clean and well run. The dentist was experienced and gave me confidence that the procedure was one she had done many times before.

I was pretty nervous as a previous extraction done overseas was a painful and long exercise. I asked to be anesthetised, which cost more, but was worth every cent. The procedure went exactly as I hoped…. I did not feel or remember a thing! One second, I was told that I would feel pressure and be able to respond to requests, like “open”, “close”, the next second it seemed… it was over. I have healed perfectly and had no issues. If there is a better service out there, I have not seen it.

If there is such a thing as a pleasant tooth extraction, I experienced it with Dr.Yeephang and Jess and being well informed every step of the procedure, plus good aftercare follow up from reception. Well done Wainui Dental!

The team at Wainui Dental are awesome. I called needing an emergency appointment and they were able to fit me in within 45mins. I had to take my two young kids with me and they happily put a movie on for my son and rocked my daughter in her pram. Dr Yeephang was very thorough with her explanation of what I was needing done, and very good at getting the job done for me. Thanks so much guys, I’ll be back for regular check ups from now on.

Couldn’t recommend Wainui Dental more highly. Dr Colette, Emma, Nicole, Lu and Candace were all so patient, kind and welcoming. Dentists have always terrified me but this is by far the most comfortable I have been. Dr Colette talked me through every step of the process and did amazing work I am so happy with the results.
They were very gentle and took time to explain all the procedures well.

Went to visit the team at wainui dental for my first check up in a few years. They were lovely and took the time to explain things clearly. They explained what options were available for treatment. Went back and had a couple of fillings done and they really took the time to get everything spot on. Will definitely be using them again.
